How to Play Evomon
Everything a new player needs: the best Evomon starters, core tips, the fastest EXP farming, key mechanics, and whether Evomon is worth it. Released June 17, 2026 (Roblox).
Evomon is a free Roblox creature-collector: catch over 100 Evomon across open-world islands, evolve them, and battle through turn-based fights, co-op dungeons and world bosses. This beginner guide walks you through the best starter, how to level fast, and the mechanics that matter.
Best Evomon starters
Pick the starter that matches how you want to play the early islands.
| Starter | Element | Best for | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bubble | Water | Speedrunning early-game | Water beats the Rock/Grass enemies common on the first three islands (Verdant Valley, Lava Crag), making early progression fast and easy. Recommended for most new players. |
| Blazpup | Fire | Early damage / mid-game prep | Highest basic and special-skill damage of the three, but usually at an elemental disadvantage on the starter islands; only shines from mid-game onward. |
| Leafbun | Grass | Survivability / defensive play | Has healing skills and the highest base HP of the three, but a Grass disadvantage against the Water enemies that swarm the starter islands. |
Core beginner tips
Five habits that speed up every account.
Focus a single Evomon early
Remove other Evomons from your team so your starter soaks all the EXP and levels fast.
Get a Mount ASAP
Flying-type Evomons become flying mounts (best value, fly between islands). Ground-type mounts are easier to get and buff movement speed.
Open chests early
Chests give Food, Potions, EXP Items, and Evolution Stones.
Catch Shiny / Prismatic
Catch and egg-hatch screens show Shiny/Prismatic odds in the bottom-left; these variants are rarer and stronger collectibles.
Unlock the Ultimate Ability at Level 30
Every Evomon unlocks its Ultimate at Level 30. Talk to the Daisy NPC in Main City for more skills; ascend your profile to raise the level cap.
Fastest EXP farming
Where the experience actually comes from, ranked by value.
| Method | Reward | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Daily Quests | 2,000 Player EXP | Single biggest EXP source, resets daily, free. |
| EXP Challenge (Petal Pond) | 50 EXP per ticket | 2 free tickets daily. |
| Equipment Challenge (Silent Sands) | 200 EXP per ticket | Requires Level 40+. |
| World Boss (Main City) | 100 EXP (join), 150 EXP (damage reward list) | Spawns and resets daily; even low-level players can join. |
| Dex Entries | 50 EXP (new), 100 EXP (new Shiny) | Least efficient, but adds up. |
